Probably ftDNA, MyHeritage's ethnicity calculator is notoriously terrible. (Not so much anymore for Northwest Europeans, but still kind of bad)

May not be accurate for those with Natufian or Zagros ancestry, it tends to inflate Natufian ancestry and deflate Zagros ancestry. CHG tends to be deflated by a deviation of 1%. It will be inflated into your European HG ancestry. For myself, it's almost completely accurate, the ANF is spot-on...

Use with an ADC of 0.25x. If you have any Baltic/Scandinavian hunter-gatherer ancestry, I think that goes to WSH. If you have any Iran_N/Zagros ancestry, it goes to your ANF ancestry.

It doesn't format the best but WHG is 11.8% Using an ADC of 0.5x, I get more accurate results (will send in a different message)

MyHeritage has a notoriously bad ethnicity calculator, it's probably why you got results vastly different from illustrative.
