I can agree with you on that. I expected them to be clustered more closely together myself. Maybe a good number of the samples have low coverage.

Upload your DNA file to Illustrativedna.com. They will produce G25 coordinates for you. The service does cost money though around 20-30 USD. I can't remember the specific amount.

I prefer Gedmatch's Eurogenes K13 That looks like that's from DNAGenics.
