I have been spending quite a lot of time with this. I have a combination that allows me to separate all the West Eurasian (EHG, AHG, Natufian, WHG, CHG, Zagros Neolithic) components in my ancestry:
dof=9
chi-squared= 11.44

More models to come!
So, the Morocco_MN sample used to model NUE001 is skh001?
If so, I modeled skh001 with qpAdm on IllustrativeDNA.
I tried a previous run where the AHG Pinarbasi was included, however, it was a failure due to it being assigned as a negative admixture.
for this one, I just used Natufian for...
IllustrativeDNA just released qpAdm on their website. It's super user friendly. The one big issue I have is for some reason I can't use my merged DNA file. I'll share some results that I have done with my MyHeritage DNA file.

I have yet to see any other northwest Euro try 2- way with Near East. In my case I think it's a combination of inheriting a bit more Anatolian Neolithic Farmer, Greek/Roman, and possibly Medieval era Near East ancestry. I would likely conclude that it's just extra ANF if my Y-Haplogroup was...
Do you have any French/Belgian ancestry like me?
Not sure if you noticed, but qpAdm assigns a higher p-value for Scottish compared to English when ran alone for myself.
Here's that failed model where I scored negative ANF:
This is a test to see if there is any SSA admixture present in my genome:
rights: Mbuti.DG,English.HO
rights: Mbuti.DG,Scottish.HO
No statistical evidence based on these results.
On a side note this is what the results look like when just Scottish or French are used:
Scottish
Rights: Mbuti.DG,English.HO,BedouinA.DG,Lebanese.HO
French
Rights: Mbuti.DG,Scottish.HO,BedouinA.DG,Lebanese.HO
One good test would be for you to model yourself with English + Saudi with Mbuti.DG,Scottish.HO,BedouinA.DG,Lebanese.HO as the same right pops that were used in my model. I want to see what your results are. I'm thinking you have relatively similar ancestry to me. If you try it and the admix is...
Rights that were used: Mbuti.DG,Scottish.HO,BedouinA.DG,Lebanese.HO
Thats the best.
Rights:Mbuti.DG,Scottish.HO,BedouinA.DG,Lebanese.HO
This is with Bedouins and with larger rights:

I thought about that, and it could be what you are describing. That it's picking up extra EEF/ANF from the French/English in my ancestry as opposed to lower EEF Northern Euros. I don't know, it could be that the Scotland IA samples and the Iron age Scandinavians just fit my genetic profile...
I have seen one study that published qpAdm models where the Z scores were 1.3-1.5
And I asked ChatGPT to compile a list of studies that publish qpAdm models that have Z scores less than 3:
1. Lazaridis et al. (2022) – “The genetic history of the Southern Arc”

This is what my results look like in G25:
One thing I find interesting again is that qpAdm assigned this exact admixture with Denmark IA and NUE001.
But in G25 the fit isn't as good, whereas in qpAdm the p-value was 0.79 which is over 10 times the passing score (p-value) of 0.05:
Ok, so I had done some two-way qpAdm models using Iron Age northwest Europeans and the old kingdom Egyptian NUE001
My FST distances to various modern global populations:
And no, I have no idea why I'm so distance to this Scottish sample is 0.008
Further testing of this near east...
Ok someone on FTDNA J2 project gave me a website to check my terminal SNP: https://scaledinnovation.com/gg/snpTracker.html
It looks like Italy but I don't know if it's found also in the Aegean, Anatolia, and Levant also. Still limited testers.
Age estimate for my terminal SNP is 2350 B.C...
