Can men wear skirt and be accepted openly in the public?
It is interesting to note that the word "kilt" has been stretched to include several varieties of miniskirts. Why should a man be so timid as to be compelled to label his skirt as a "kilt" when everyone else knows that it isn't one? One thing is for certain, that being that adding a "kilt"...
