There could be a calculator for Europe with all the old samples the E1b found in burials in Europe, it would be useful for those of us who are European and with haplogroup E because to date all the burden of E is focused on the Moorish of Iberia but many have haplogroup by dna And that does not coincide with this route and we want to know and it would be good a calculator with all the samples found in Europe and even in the nearby steps

Is it because Lukas included different ancient samples for each of the two calculators, or is it the Eurogenes calculators?

I couldn't be closer to SZ43, which in Jovialis' PCA is very close to that one sample from Genova (Liguria).

@Angela, I'm roughly in your same conditions as actually using these Eurogenes calculators, but if I have to give a preference between the two, the k13 seems to me in my case a bit more realistic and specific in its oracles, although it works with fewer autosomal components

@Pax has indicated it to me several times and he will be able to explain it better than me: in the k15 the North_Sea component and the Atlantic one partially overlap (and perhaps they interfere with each other in a rather unbalanced way, at least for us Italians, making the results significantly change also in the recent oracles). In K13 the problem doesn't arise with the North_Atlantic component which constitutes a more univocal and homogeneous datum

@Angela, I'm roughly in your same conditions as actually using these Eurogenes calculators, but if I have to give a preference between the two, the k13 seems to me in my case a bit more realistic and specific in its oracles, although it works with fewer autosomal components

With DNAkit Stuido, you are able to convert the raw data to different formats. All of the Iron Age sample coordinates are in AncestryDNA format.

It's based on my 23andme raw data (Genotyping chip: Version 4 - Ancestry Composition v5.2 - Last update august/september 2019) :)

You're right, this verifies that other calculators, in this case Dodecad K12b correctly puts me closer to the Iron Age sample 437, than Eurogenes.

OK, 23andme v5. I'm a bit more "matchy" than you to Toscana and North Italian (Bergamo?), but I'm half East Liguria/Tuscan, after all, and maybe more western shifted? My results using the v3 are worse, with again the K15 being worse than the K13.

You have more ancestry from Romagna, though, right? Mine is half Emilian. That might explain why you have closer numbers to Balkan people and I have closer numbers to Spaniards and Portuguese. You're always my closest, though. Emilia-Romagna strong! :)
