The site "thegeneticatlas.com" presents an interesting Y-DNA haplogroup tree.
On this tree appear the mutations Z1, Z3, Z5, Z7, which cannot be found on the ISOGG 2010 Y-DNA haplogroup tree.
Can somebody tell me if these mutations are proved ? In which study ?
According to this tree, haplogroups L and T have Z1 in common, G and H have Z3, M and S have Z5, N O and P have Z7.

They are not on the commerical websites as of yet & I am not sure if they feel any need to make them availible to commercial companies since The Genetic Atlas is open source not Commercial

The name of Y-DNA SNP is directly linked to the university or company that first identified it. For example the L series belong to FTDNA, the S series to EthnoAncestry, and the P series by Karafet et al. I don't know who identified the Z series though. That's from a paper I haven't seen yet.

By the way, Eupedia has no connection to the Genetic Atlas, despite their having a link to Eupedia with our logo.

Is there information what people had spread LT Z1 into Europe? Gypsies, or maybe it has something to do with Adriatic Veneti if the epicenter is by Venice? Sea fairing Phoenicians (Venicians :) )? Mostly located by the aquifers in Europe.
Also the track through middle of Europe and Black Sea can indicate a hitchhiking with R1b.

No, LT were in Europe before the Gypsies. The main haplogroup of the Gypsies is H.
I think that the Phoenicians carried the haplogroup L in Europe.
In Lebanon, land of the Phoenicians, 5 % of the men belong to haplogroup L.
