Friuli , Carni, Ladin and Raetia

As per the header are these the same people, the same Haplogroup?

What I found is that the Castellieri culture , which started in the 15th century BC , moved from istria to friuli, veneto and into the Alps

with this branch of culture , the Este culture developed, using the same gods that the Raetia people used as well as the carni

Are these the original Adriatic Veneti culture pre there mentioned immigration from Anatolia.?
