The study that led to these conclusions is pretty questionable. We also know a lot of the j2 they find in anatolia today came from elsewhere, north and south. The christians in those same areas who claim phoenician descent have a much different story and have much different DNA. They also made a lot of reference to "crusader" DNA in places there was never crusaders. In short it's pretty much a pack of lies.
