Got my results yesterday 20/11 ,Bummer i am negetive for all the downstream of e-s11956 offered by the e- z827 pack , and i am still stuck in the neolithic �� unfortantue for me the e-z827 don't check for e-s11168 branch which i might fall on it.... ��

Some corrections to the e-m84
Part of the e-m123 tree in this site

1) e-y5427 is the parent of e-pf6751 but also of e-FGC18353 which in turn is the common parent of e-y5435 and also of e-y14899
2) E-S11168 the the other branch who derived directly from e-cts1096 it is mainly a
mizrahi- sefhardi branch and extremely small one which high chance i fall on one of his sub-branches ....
3) there are cases including in this e3b ftdna project of branches who are E-M84 but are
E-CTS1096 - negetive :
E-B406 ( includes uzbek jew from paper by Behar 2017, and a person from qatar)
E-BY49153 (person of polish heritage, a person with austrian roots ,a south spaniard from sevilla)

Abstract

The biological behavior of the Y chromosome, which is paternally inherited, implies that males sharing the same surname may also share a similar Y chromosome. However, socio-cultural factors, such as polyphyletism, non-paternity, adoption, or matrilineal surname transmission, may prevent the joint transmission of the surname and the Y chromosome. By genotyping 17 Y-STRs and 68 SNPs in ~2500 male samples that each carried one of the 50 selected Catalan surnames, we could determine sets of descendants of a common ancestor, the population of origin of the common ancestor, and the date when such a common ancestor lived. Haplotype diversity was positively correlated with surname frequency, that is, rarer surnames showed the strongest signals of coancestry. Introgression rates of Y chromosomes into a surname by non-paternity, adoption, and transmission of the maternal surname were estimated at 1.5?2.6% per generation, with some local variation. Average ages for the founders of the surnames were estimated at ~500 years, suggesting a delay between the origin of surnames (twelfth and thirteenth centuries) and the systematization of their paternal transmission. We have found that, in general, a foreign etymology for a surname does not often result in a non-indigenous origin of surname founders; however, bearers of some surnames with an Arabic etymology show an excess of North African haplotypes. Finally, we estimate that surname prediction from a Y-chromosome haplotype, which may have interesting forensic applications, has a ~60% sensitivity but a 17% false discovery rate.

E-M34 has nothing to do with Albanians, there are only 12 people with it out of 1000+ tested, that means roughly 1% - it is more common in other places in balkans like Greece, Bulgaria or Serbia - either roman spread, Jewish or Middle eastern ottoman.

Places in Albania with more than 1% have had very few tests so results are skewed

but i wouldn't be surprised it it came with romaniotes
or in roman period
it is intersting that the e-m34
are in different branches and clades
e-y4972, e-z21466, e-fgc18353
so they might entered albania in different time from different sources

p.s
i never said it is common
and i mentioned it is extremely low %
and results may change in future sample
it is still interesting though

same goes for the e1a-m132 cases in diber and golloborda

In all of haplogroup E1b1b, the modal (most common) value for DYS392 is 11. DYS392 is quite a stable marker, and mutations are rare.

e-m34 in 67 markers
the last 4 markers of M123/M34/M84 are usually either 10-12-10-11 or 11-12-10-11)
( she meant markers : dys572, dy640, dys492, dys565)

e-L791
You are definitely still in cluster E3b1c1-G. What I was specifically looking for was DYS447<24, and you have 21. Everyone in clusters E3b1c1-F and E3b1c1-G have these low DYS447 values, while the vast majority of E3b has DYS447 >= 24 (except E3b1b2 which almost always has 23).

cluster F and cluster G are both e-L791 downstreams
