SPA: Spatial Ancestry analysis

I tried it. With two different models:
SPA (Europe.model): http://genetics.cs.ucla.edu/spa/download.html
and by Eurogenes review (Eurogenes_Eurasian_cline.model): http://bga101.blogspot.fr/2012/11/sp...spa-model.html

I combined the two results on the same map. The original model (europe.model) seems closer to the truth!

I have and I'm not sure to think of my results because I am a decent mix. I would like to plot each chromosome individually but I'm not sure how...
