Courtship Dance

Serena D'Amato is one of the best. I've always liked her. I like Laura Boccadamo too.

I meant more the fact that I've never seen the older women who've danced it all their lives twirling and swishing their skirts so their underwear is showing. There's a "courtship" one where it's particularly "evident". That's partly what I meant by "show biz".

I came on this video years ago and saved it. Mother and daughter dancing. Imo the mother is infinitely better, and, in fact, more sensual. They really knew how to do it.

Sciardinu
the garden (... Medieval)

... be very careful not to touch me with your hands, unless you ask for my permission first ...
... careful not to end up like Adam, that for a fruit he lost the garden ...

... accorta cu nu cappi comu Adamu, ca pe nu fruttu perse lu sciardinu ...

Lunatic fringe
I know you're out there
You're in hiding, and you hold your meetings
I can hear you coming
I know what you're after
We're wise to you this time (wise to you this time)
We won't let you kill the laughter
Woah-uh-huh
Woah-uh-huh
Woah-uh-huh
Lunatic fringe
In the twilight's last gleaming
This is open season
But you won't get too far
'Cause you got to blame someone
For your own confusion
We're on guard this time (on guard this time)
Against your Final Solution
Oh no
Woah-uh-huh
Woah-uh-huh
Woah-uh-huh
We can hear you coming (we can hear you coming)
No, you're not going to win this time
(You're not gonna win)
We can hear the footsteps (we can hear the footsteps)
Out along the walkway (out along the walkway)
Lunatic fringe
We all know you're out there
Can you feel the resistance?
Can you feel the thunder?
Oh no
Hey-ey-ey

J. L. Hooker - Van Morrison

"Joy for the World" by nuns of the Order of Poor Clares of Arundel, England. Number 1 on the British Classical Charts for quite a while.

If you like Gregorian Chant, this is for you. Lovely and calming. I've been playing it all morning. It would be great for infants when they're fussy, I think.
