Not that I know of, but you can transfer your Natgeno2 test to Ftdna and then use that result to transfer to gedmatch. Usually Natgeno2 will add extra SNP's to your previous Ftdna test if you already had done ftdna.
you can also download your raw data from Natgeno2 and you will get about 14500 plus lines on a excel speadsheet like this, below
SNP Chr Allele1 Allele2 CTS100 Y C C CTS10004 Y G G CTS10009 Y G G CTS1001 Y A A CTS10010 Y C C CTS10012 Y C C
where it will show EVERY SNP that they tested which was positive or negative.
