    No, it is very usefull.

For example, first test in 1998: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDsGUNRkTSQ

It is difficult to find something in english, but it is story, like in some criminal novel or film.

After this test, his bumber was stolen by secret service and after some years was find in Israel...

Some companies wanted to buy rights from him to this invention, but they didn't want to guarantee,
that it will be fabricate, so he didn't sell this, becase he was afrraid, that they want to buy it for
canceling this project and eliminate it from massive production.

    .
oh a conspiracy. So the Jews stole it and never used it. Wow. That's exactly a reason people steal things for, lol. Listen to bicicleur, some things are too cumbersome, too big, too heavy, to complicated, and too expensive, hard to scale up, to be useful in mass production.
Be wary of people who tend to glorify the past, underestimate the present, and demonize the future.

So you know whole story, or you are guessing?

It wasnt jews, but polish, and finally, through couple of states, they find it partialy - in Israel.
Why? No one knows, maybe someone want sell it to someone, finally to Mossad, but thery probably had no buyer for it.

Of course you allready see conspiracy theory, and you allready know, that the divice is shit. Amazing.

Nope, the bumper is amazing, it is just not good enough, for mentioned reasons, for commercial use. This is most likely scenario, as we know that money talks, and bullshit walks. For some reason you find conspiracy theories more attractive explanation. Did they get a patent for this?

I only said what he said.
    It isn't impossible...

Patent? Hmm... there were some difficulties too, but finally... I dont remember. I was
interesting about this bumber many years ago, and what is his status now I do not
know, but they create some company to promote this idea, so maybe they have.
