Does E1b1b members belong only of E-V13 or they have other subclades?

All of them are E-V13, as long as I can see. There is however a Bosniak from Montenegro whose subclade is E-M35.

Yes, I wish so too. The applications of genetic tests in Bosnia and Herzegovina is unfortunately not as high as it is in Serbia and Croatia. And also, even among the Bosnian and Herzegovinian population, the majority of all genetically tested people are of Serb and Croat ethnic backgrounds.

Almost all I know of are V13, just one Bosniak from Krajina is E-V22 (alot of families from there had "anatolian" origin theory but they are false mostly) and a Bosniak from Sandzak is "E-M183" at 23andme, which means E-M81..
