Congratulations. It always feels good to have a haplotype confirmed. Am I right to say that this is further downstream to E-M81?. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_E-Z827#E-M81

Have been confirmed by FTDNA as E-Z827, ordered the E-Z827 downstream pack, in the meanwhile have been told I may belong to a branch of PF1975. I have been wondering, if its source/origin is known and its frequency among populations also known?

I looked this particular subclade on Google, and it seems that all the results go to FTDNA or to people on forums asking about it. Also, every result I saw was Ashkenazi Jewish, so perhaps the mutation occurred among Ashkenazi Jews.
ISOGG 2016, as of May 16, 2016, has taken anything downstream of E1b1b1b-2, including PF 1975, which would be E1b1b1b-2b or something similar, off line for tree investigation, to clarify the fine points of the tree.
Here's some older write-ups about the E1b1b1b-2a (=M123); the sister group according to ftDNA's clades to your PF 1975=E1b1b1b-2b.
Won't let me post links; Google E-M123!
Hi,
