I'm opening this thread to post work that amateurs do on the Lazardis 2016 genomes.

Using the spreadsheets above here are results I get for ancient/modern Iran. They make a lot of sense.

Modern Iran has LNBA European ancestry. There's a large amount of genetic continuum Iran since the Chalcolithic and the newcomers in Iran after that period were of South Asian and European decent. Every location so far where Indo European languages existed/exist there's a strong signal of Steppe ancestry, except Turkey.
