Mitochondrial links between Yamnaya and Corded Ware

I examined mtDNA from Yamna and CWC, and found out that the following haplogroups are shared by both:

    Haplogroup T - T1a, T2c1, T2a1 (especially T2a1b1),

    Haplo U5 - U5a / U5a1 (including U5a1a'g), U5b2a,

    Haplo U(xU5) - U2e (especially U2e1a), U4 / U4a1,

    Haplogroup H - H5, H6 (especially H6a1), H2, H1, H*,

    Other haplos - J2b1, W6, I3, K1 / K1b, X / X2b (?)
There are words which carry the presage of defeat. Defence is such a word. What is the result of an even victorious defence? The next attempt of imposing it to that weaker, defender. The attacker, despite temporary setback, feels the master of situation.

Later I will also compare Bell Beaker mtDNA to Yamnaya and to CWC.

Here some of interesting mtDNA found in Corded Ware, but absent from Yamnaya:

T2b - today can be found in Europe, Central Asia, Nepal, the Near East

T2e - today can be found in Europe, India and the Middle East

U4b1a1a1 - today can be found in Northern Caucasus, Iran, Europe

U5a2d - today can be found in Scandinavia and in Poland

U5b1c2 - today can be found in Europe and in Central Asia

J1c5 - today can be found in Europe and in India (Punjab)

J1c4 - today can be found in Northern Europe and in Siberia

J1c2e - today can be found in both Europe and Iran (Persians)

K2a5 - today can be found in both Europe and Iran (Persians)

HV6 - today can be found in both Europe and Iran (Persians)

Yep there's lots of connections. A good amount of South Asian West Eurasian mtDNA falls under these haplogroups also.

Some of these haplogroups came to South Asia and to the Middle East with Indo-Europeans.

What about a comparisson between CW and the previous mtDNA pool? As to check which were new and the possible amount of admixture (for Y DNA it seems total replacement)

Thank you! Since receiving my MtDNA results, I've been researching in my spare time. So grounding to know where my ancient Grandmothers lived. I made a comparison
of Yamnaya & Corded Ware Culture MtDNA several weeks
ago(though not as nice as the above graph) I believe my ancient grandmothers H6a and H6a1 arose in the Steppes and migrated with the Yamnaya during the late Neolithic. Even though H6a1a is associated with the CWC, H6a1a was found in the Srubna Culture in Samara Russia as well. Jen V

MtDNA H6a2 is also Poltavka Culture, Samara Russia.

You miss 1 sample I3a in Yamna column (I0440: Poltavka Lopatino 2700BC)
There is also 3 samples I3a among Unetice Culture Western Europe (I0117/I0114 2000 BC & Benzingerode 1600BC)

    good monk task, Tomenable, and thanks;
but haplo's to be reliable require big samples of individuals as opposed to au-DNA: this samples here are not already big enough statitcially speaking -
    - at this stage I do'nt see a great correlation between the CWC and Yamnaya mt-haplos
    - what is the weight of differences concerning brothers or cousins close enough subclades if the breaking between them is not old? (by instance the mt-H6a1a VS H6a1b) here again, bigger samples are needed - this last remark to moderate the preceding one -

I don't know for the other Haplogroups but I found amazing that the sample I0117 (Unetice Age de Bronze Epersted Germany 2272-2039 BC ) & I0440 ( Yamnaya Samara Russia 2885-2665 BC ) are both I3a and exact match each other, they have both the same mutations. Then they must be closed parents some how.
