It is on Gedmatch under GedrosiaDNA.
Since we have now allot more of ancient Near Eastern samples we can determine the Neolithic ancestry allot better.
A sidenote, it is a good tool to determine the Neolithic ancestry in modern people, but as many calculators it as errors/calculator effect on ancient samples. And the ancient samples shouldn't be taken serious.
CHG_EEF represents CHG. It is predominantly (4/5) CHG and a little EEF(1/5) ancestry that doesn't get caught up by the Anatolian_Neo samples but seems to be overlapping with CHG. This EEF could also be Levant_Neo ancestry since we don't have a Levant_Neo component.
Levant_Neo isn't used since per Lazaridis it can be modeled basically as ~50% Natufian and 50% Anatolian_Neo. However most if not all of the "Natufian" DNA and some of the Anatolian_Neo is probably Levan_Neo derived.
Don't be suprised if you as a European turn out with more CHG than many West Asians. This is due to the fact that what was caught up as "CHG" in older calculators turned out to be Iran_Neo DNA, and Europeans seem to have as much, if not even more real CHG ancestry.
Ancestral Indian is not to be confused with Ancestral South Indian. Ancestral Indian contains (2/3) Iran_Meso/Neo related West Eurasian ancestry.
