Man with a sign "Deutsche sind Hunde!" ("Germans are Dogs!") attacks in Göttingen ?

I added a question mark because I'm not sure if this info is confirmed. Anyway, here is what I found:

There was yet another incident in Göttingen today, that somehow fell under the radar.

A Muslim German of Iranian descent stabbed two passers-by down in pedestrian area.

He had a sign with "Deutsche sind Hunde!" (Germans are dogs!) which he showed to all people walking by.
When someone said to him to stop provoking he took a large knife and attacked the man. Other bystanders saw it and tried to help the victim. In the resulting fight several men were wounded.
