Quality / coverage of Chachapoya genomes, listed from best to worst:
NA42, file size 17944 KB - uploaded to GEDmatch: kit Z713184
NA40, file size 17155 KB - uploaded to GEDmatch: kit Z656658
I also uploaded them to DNA.Land, here are their ancestry reports:
GEDmatch accepts only files >10 MB, so I didn't upload these ones:
NA39, file size 5010 KB - 95% Native American in DNA.Land
NA41, file size 3335 KB - 91% Native American in DNA.Land
===============
NA50, file size 2942 KB
NA47, file size 2542 KB
NA43, file size 1812 KB
I noticed that samples of better quality show higher % of Amerindian ancestry in DNA.Land.
IIRC, Genetiker claimed that they had some European ancestry based on NA50 and NA43:
Such results are probably due to extremely poor quality / low coverage of these genomes.
