Guess ethnic "type"

Hello,
Whenever I travel around I often hear that I don't look like a German. Of course this is mostly because of the stereotype of the blond, blue-eyed, nordic-type German, which of course does not represent all people living here. On the other hand I know that all of my grandparents were born outside of the borders of todays Germany. So I wanted to ask the experts how my "type" is called or what "sub-race" I belong to or I would pass as. I don't know myself so I am excited to hear any guesses. :)
