Majority of Kosovars have orthodox ancestors. Names Like Krasnich, Grabovci, Hoti, Gashi, Stolich etc. are medieval serb names.
Are majority of northern albanians just albanized serbs?

Hello there Edon, welcome to Eupedia. If the Serbs were present in the history of Northern Albania, I don't see why not. 
You could have Albanian tribes in your ancestry. As long as the ancient civilization was apart of your ancestrial land's history, you are descended from that civilization to some degree.
