New Mycenaeans' and Minoans' Gedmatch Kits.

Now their results on Gedmatch are more similar to those of Iosif Lazaridis study.

    Hello!

I started experimenting with Felix' BAM Analysis Kit and chose I0061 as my first target. The programs used were stock as they are in BAM Analysis Kit 1.8 but I have started updating them to more recent ones. I have also planned to update the references that are used. For Y-haplogroup I used 23andme's Yhaplo.

Here are some of the results.

So, I may be missing the point of this thread but I did run my kit against ALL the working kits listed. I had more matches than i expected. If I ran an X chr and there WAS material to test it says, 'No X.' If there was NO Xchr to test against it says,"No X chr."
Maybe someone can help me understand what it means beyond the obvious? Originally, I was looking into my 'gypsy' blood since my grandmother died 40 years ago. I'm H4a1a1a. Paternal side is J-M92.
    Here we go!
