    K36 component frequency Google maps

Maps are based on my unofficial K36 Oracle http://www.anthrogenica.com/showthre...ce-populations

Every map could be seen in Google Map and is scalable of course.
Clicking on region shows component breakdown for it.

Shortly new maps for rest of the components:)

Thanks for sharing. That's very helpful.

The French component is probably not a very good label as it's more widely West European or R1b-related. It's a particularly fickle admixture. I have the results of 7 Walloons and the French component ranges between 2.9% and 11.7%.

The same samples have around 3.5% of Basque (min 2.5%, max 4.5%). The map shows under 3%. The West Med is also around 3% (max. 4.7%). Both seem to be essentially Neolithic farmer components, and they seem to have survived better in Wallonia than in any surrounding region. The West Med is mainly Sardinian-related and indeed I did notice that many Walloons score a bit of Sardinian in 23andMe, often as much or more than continental Italians. The Basque component also shows up in Living DNA.

Also it could be helpful. I did PCA from averages and the values of first, second and third principal componets I put on the map. There are interesting patterns.
I think 1 PC could be EHG?

    2 PC - WHG?

    3 PC - CHG?

Yes, PC1 looks very EHG, though PC2 might be EEF of West kind. PC3 looks like Baloch, though it is related to CHG.

You should run Mycenaean k36 along with other ancient remains k36 to see what regions they come closest. Be a nice way of illustrating it with the colored maps.

Yes thats the right place.Just copy the file inside no file should be named like that already. Then restart the application, and the small crosses on Google maps should not be there anymore.
