I prefer the cool nights, and holidays that are associated with the fall. I'm a big fan of Thanksgiving particularly. I like wearing jackets, and clothing more appropriate for the season. I'm also a fan of the leaves on trees changing color. It feels a lot more comfortable than the hot and humid summer, here in the northeast. One of my old bosses was an older Russian gentleman, that lived during the time of the USSR. He said NJ, and the surrounding area reminded him of Moscow; brutally hot summer, and bitterly cold winter, in a highly industrialized area.

Fall is a good time of year for this area, because it feels temperate. Spring does too, but I'm not really a fan since I get terrible allergies during that time. The only thing that's annoying me right now is that I'm feeling ill from the changes in the temperature, making me take a day from work. It's actually still kind of humid, so I can't wait for the weather to get more consistent. Summer ends on the 22nd, and I cannot wait.

I like them all, except freezing temps in winter.

I'm a summer guy. If I had my way, I'd make New York more like Florida where I can live in a swampy environment similar to the glades and live in a shack from where I push away gators using a ten foot long broomstick. Swamps are the best!

And I absolutely despise winter! I hate being shacked up between walls, I love going out in nature with my animal pals who can't go out due to nature's cruelty.
Seriously, if offered 10 million bucks, I'd still prefer to live in a tent. I'll feed any gator that comes across bc it won't need me for food if fed and I'll be helping an animal friend. It's a much better alternative to calling the warden. I'll just deem him as my gator friend who's mindin his own, looking for food to survive.

I prefer autum vs summer too. Because in Madrid the summer is hot, here is habitual to reach 36-38º. As a dry climate, the autumm rain is very welcome. Madrid in winter is not too bad, The christmas are specially warm in here, not for the weather but for the people in the streets and we only have 2-5 snowy days (some years 0 snowy days) In the near mountains of Sistema Central (60km, 2500masl ) we have ski stations

I've been to both Italy and Greece during July 2009, and It was pretty hot there as well. When I went to the Netherlands in that same month, I was amazed by the fact the sun went down at 11 pm, and rose at 4 am. I've never experienced that before, nor did I know about it until then.

I've also been to Las Vegas, Nevada; which was also very hot. But I didn't mind it, because it was a dry heat. Probably one of the best vacations I've had was there. The desert, and open spaces looked very majestic and awe inspiring. Also, gambling in the casinos was a lot of fun, and much cooler than in Atlantic City, which is a dump. Las Vegas has some really bad areas too, but I mainly stuck to the strip when I was in the city.

But the thing about the area I'm in is the humidity. I don't mind the hot temperature, but I hate the humid and sticky air. The worst is on those mornings, where there's trash collection, and the garbage trucks pass by stinking up the air. Winter is not great either, but at least it makes things feel a lot cleaner around here. But I dislike staying in because of the cold temperature, and the fact that parking is non-existent due to the snow.

I love all the seasons. They each have their advantages, except maybe summer. It's hot a humid in the midwest. I freeze my husband out in the winter when I open the window, even if it's below 0. I love to sleep with heavy blankets in a cold room.

Me too.

You would probably have liked living in "Camelot". :) Me too, again. From one of my favorite Broadway shows:

I do have an extra warm place in my heart for a Northeastern U.S. autumn, which I guess is pretty close to an English one. No one is better, in my opinion, for making music from words, and conveying sensuality through visuals than Keats.

Arrghhh!!! I DESPISE winter!! :)
I'm averse to wintery, snow covered forests (rife with pines and spruces) or any other reminders of winter/cold climates.
We need a Florida climate! Now! :)

To me, winter represents illness, suffering, and depression. And I couldn't care less about Christmas. If I could live my life without it I'll be cool bc I wont miss it. If we could somehow invent a weather machine that blesses planet earth with the last half of summer all year round, that'll be great.

Santa Claus is a lying fraud with a fat butt.

Would love that production, Angela

The show was before my time, but the film is still available. It's pretty good, I think, and not too dated.

I also love autumn than summer. I don't like hot weather. I love autumn not only because it's cold but I love every color of the autumn leaves.

Same here!!! I need to be out on a Saturday, I hate my life now!!

Well I guess it would've been ideal for me to stay home, I've been having pressure buildup behind my eyes, temples, nose, mood issues, as well as poor hearing at times, must be some major sinus infection.

C'mon...admit it...it's beautiful...
