Reading difficulties don't always imply depression, and tbh i think most people would score like you. 11 doesn't seem like too bad of a score.

And still I have a desire to improve it even more.

I'd say genetics is very important to be happy and some luck too, they gives one a good base to start from, but at least 50% percent is up to us to get there. Which includes planning, making smart choices, knowing yourself, friends selection, financial stability, etc.

But there is something called "social desirability" when respondents of survey tend to give inexact results because they're afraid of what others might think of them after knowing their true answer. It's a situation that could happen, I'm not saying you all are doing that, no offense :)
