I could not find a round anniversary for year 1718 but there are still many of them, just to mention:

100th - 1918 - Poland regained independence after WW1
200th - 1818 - stage debut of virtuoso Fryderyk Chopin
400th - 1618 - truce of Deulino ended Polish-Russian war
500th - 1518 - Bona Sforza became queen of Poland
600th - 1418 - the end of the Council of Constance
700th - 1318 - reunification of Polish Kingdom in Sulejów*
800th - 1218 - beginning of the Prussian Crusade**
900th - 1118 - the end of the revolt of Palatine Skarbimir
1000th - 1018 - peace of Bautzen and victory against Rus
1100th - ca. 918 - more or less the beginnings of Poland
1500th - 518 - Slavic Antes were mentioned for the first time

*In 1318 Polish Kingdom was officially resumed after the period of Feudal Fragmentation of Poland.

**In 1218 bishop Christian and Knights of Dobrzyń were given Chełmno Land by Konrad of Mazovia as a base for military operations against Prussians. Teutonic Knights were invited in 1226 and came in 1228.
