I am going to analyze here the other face of Europe,

Some may believe i am Russian friendly, But I am not,
Neither I am Turk friendly,
Neither I am USA friendly
neither I am Capitalist
neither I am sosialist
neither I am Communist
Neither I am whatever,

I still believe in main idea of Caynes
which build the Europe of 50's to 70's
although too much Caynes is bad, cause may create 'state aid coupon living zombies'

I still believe in the EU I grew up, when was EEC,

Part 1

The Briezinsky plan,

from 1970's 2 majpor plans were designed as anti-Russian defence,

1 is Kissinger's plan,
mainly at S America, meditterenean and middle East and Iesrael,

2 is Briezinsky plan,
this one is reborn, and start taking place 20 years now,
but 2 times almost collapse,
the second is the Ukraine division,
What this plan is about,
is a repeat of W Germany and East Germany,
West Germany was rebuild, and not only founded, become the locomotive of Europe, and by far ahead of East Germany,
people from East fled to West, for a free world, but unwillingly moved to East,
W Germany absorve all the unemployment of Europe, accepting workers from Europe's corner,

THAT IS GOING TO REPEATED,
only this time not to Germany were existed the IRON CURTAIN BOARDERS AND WALL,
but more East, beside Russia, to Poland Czechia Slovakia, (maybe balts)
the industry of Europe is about to move there,
Already Czechia has 4 car industries (citroen pegeut toyota skoda)
and Poland is raising,
The 3 things that may are a kind of obstacle are
1) the negativity of Visengrand against other EU employ, and mainly against Immigrants,
2) the possibility to make a huge industry smugling with Russia friendly gangs,

3) THE ROAD TO MARKETS,

you see W Germany had nearby Netherlands, and also Hamburg at North sea exit,
but Visengrand has only 2 options the Gdansk harbor and the exit to Baltic sea,
the Ukraine and Romania exit to Black sea,
That is a big problem, raising the cost of logistics,
and also exist the danger of early collapse if not fast enough transporte goods to markets outside Europe, to Africa and S Asia,
Black sea is also closed, except if you use Turkey land transportations, like the oil pipes from Black sea to Mediterrean,
you need to make a huge road though Turkey North to Turkish South,
So alternative solutions,
1) one of the old amber roads, from Baltic sea to Venice or Tergest or whoever is willing (SLovenia, Croatia) at top of Adriatic sea,
2) The aquatic roads of Europe, The Danube, something that will 'help' also Austria, Hungary and Bavaria.
Serbia is already connected to that road, and is till deep south of Serbia,
the road was a proposal of Greek Eygenides who's family stay at Serbia before 1900 and change to Yeygevic,
a great Hydrologist, I happened to listen him before decades at a Con/polis congress,
That is to make river Axios (Bardar) a water road,



the red is about to be diged, and then the river bench and stability,
The cost is huge,
but nothing infront the idea of Briezinsky, and the struglle of Russia,

the problem,
Axios at Makedonia is almost sea level, Salt water will enter and reach until 70 km the valley
destroying even Geygele fields,
Axios has not the demanding quantity of water, so polution will always have strong indicators,
and traffic will be limited, sometimes in Summer even forbided due to swallow water lvls,

Except you make it Panama style,
Tanks and levels, and bring water from Danube to Thermaikos Gulf,
meaning a possible danger for after Belingrad Danube, and Danube shores,

Yet lately is very discussed, especially in Greece engineering circles,
and proposals from Europe and USA are coming,

fast exit to Africa and Arabia though Balkans (Greece)
de-intustrialization of EU south to the annex limit,

The East mediterrenean oil,

with this term we mean the gas and oil deposits from Iesrael/Palaistine and Egypt, through Cyprus and Crete, to Albaniaand Italy,
Until now we know their existance, but we do not know their fate,
we do not know where will be the major consumer,
the primary plan was 2 pipelines
One to end at Napoli Italy from Apulia
second to end at Skopjie and from there divide to other pipelines,

FOR THOSE WHO KNOW, ONE OF THE REASONS THAT ITALY REBEL AGAINST ECB,IS THE ITALIAN PART AND SHARE OF THIS OIL.
SOMETHING THAT GREEKS DID NOT DO.
AND SOMETHING THAT MAKES ERDOGAN (TURKEY) MAD, for by International laws gets almost nothing.
That Deposits is the still unknown future of Europe,
and the strange is that FIAT close the 500 model at Palermo, while in few years she could be in the heart, or the spring of gas and oil energy of Mediterenean.

The Toma Piketty proposals

Toma Piketty is very well known economic philosopher of today in EU,
his book 'Capital at 21rst Century' is a very work,
and has been discussed and will be discussed for decades,
I read it in Greek translation,
and I believe is a very good tool for modern way of thinking for global, state, or corporation economy,

yet to make Devil's advocate he has as oposite Matthew Ronglie,
while I think if we can understand what these 2 saying, and bound they are,
we could make and take better desicions,

Anyway
The 2 Piketty proposals
as I found in internet,

1 to gather the 4% of each EU state about 800 billion E to a comitte elected by national parliament by 80%
and not from Central Europerliament which will have only 20%.

2 to raise taxation to the lower limit of 37% in every EU country and harrase more middle class and property which is basic structure of European right wing,
and with this extra to help economical immigrants that come to EU,

3 The lower limit of very high income taxation to reach 75%, all over EU, (multinational companies shares included?)
(something I also agree but hides the danger of 'bye bye' money from countries and EU)


I Think Toma Piketty proposal are characteristic for the dilemma of EU,
personally I believe West Europe slowly will enter sterile production, and de-industialization, and enter to a kind of 'pecculiar Communism'

The Brexit

the Brexit is the most modern fear of EU,
no matter every politician or philoshoper tries not to discuss about
and will affect the future of EU and EU states much in the future

the Brexit is still running on
so what ever someone can say is too early to make conclusions

considering the 3 parts above,
I do not know if it is good or bad for britain to exit EU
and after 10-20 years of Brexit we will know who is right

the economical crisis

I think the last economical crisis in EU is 'artificial' expected, and wanted by money vultures, and certain circles,
no matter they try to connect it with Leehman borthers, and no matter Goldman's Sach's is deep into this sh...
nobody did something new against it, a pioneer search or proposal
but many cooperate to close the wounds of crisis, meaning that many realize the problem, and the chain reaction,
offcourse as Always, with other people's money,

Economical crisis helps not only money vultures,
but also political circles

Services, as food delivery, home nursing, etc is a good field to absorve some unemployment
but it is not solving the problem.

I do not know, maybe a brilliant life, work, health, prosperity etc

but this generation is doomed, I think,
lets start build the future of granchildren,
cause our children are already living a strange era.

France, the most strong military power of Europe,
has already placed her naval presence at Mari Cyprus,

it seems that it is so important that EU finances more than 6 500 000 000 E (6,5 billion)
only to the first part,

the agreement is already ready, by Greece Cyprus and Iesrael.
and signs will be till january 2020.

The fields of drilling are divided by international laws,
and agreed with UN laws of sea justice.

The Egypt takes its own fields,
and maybe will join in future with the rest Arab countries and/or Lebanos,
Arab spring went far back Egypt and Libya
while Syria is still under war status.




France already took a naval and airforce base in Cyprus to protect her driling companies
Iesrael is setting radars in Greece
and Greece has already signed a common defence treaty with Cyprus (same country defence, more than alliance)

Italy has a unigue oportunity to be the 3rd terminal and the great consumer of this air/liguid energy
a unigue chance to restore her industry and energy power.
and as she has open bargain with BRIC to pioneer and lead this part of EU merchandise
yet the last decade Italy's policy is very strange, especially in ECB affairs.
Italy is the only country that can balance the Briezinski plan,
Balkans are unebale, and possibly in new boarders status changes, wars etc.
making them not ideal for great industry investments.


Albania
Albania is already at TAP project an extension of the great Turk stream, and TanaP.
, so the connection upgrades her presence at liquid/gas energy roads
yet Albania is stuck among nationalistic and Turk friendly parties, drag mafia wars, and corruption,
the last status in Albaia with resign of many parliamentals, the riots etc
as the today anounce of democracy president Ilir Meta for a possible resign in order to prevent a possible new 'Junda'

to gain a fantastic chance to be part of this great project,
its up the Albanians to decide which economical part will stuck to.
and a unigue chance to start their own industry growth,
Albania has the chance to be a big drilling country, since there is enough oil at the open sea of Maritsa,
something that will help her rise economy,

I don't really get what your main concern is, about Europe. You still are stuck at good European times when Europe was not an European Union. But since then things have changed so much, as, no one bright mind in Europe was able to predict. Dramatic rise of Asia, profound change internet produced, Inability of Europe to forecast the events etc,,. This is so wide topic as volumes of talk are needed, so I am skipping it, but I want to make few points about Albania in Europe.
I don't see solution of sea borders between Albania and Greece as hard to solve. If two countries will not be unable to solve in an amicable way, the case will be headed to international court of sea affairs, and its decision will be accepted, whatever its decision will be.
Albanian sea borders with Italy are resolved in an amicable way. It remains with Montenegro.
Albania is close to open an inland oilfield with 1 billion barrels light oil capacity. The only thing remains to be proven is if the oilfield really has 1 billion barrels. It will take another year when we will know for sure, Shell is working hard.
Political situation in Albania is not as bad as it looks from outside. Albanians do not fight each other no matter how bad it gets. President Meta you are mentioning is a corrupt, open thief, who remaking of justice system has alarmed him, since his judge friends are fired for not justifying their wealth.
