This article not only includes information on the Philistine language, but on the Philistines as a people and a culture.

If we get a better picture of them genetically we may understand a number of things better, including the ethnogenesis of the Jewish people.
 
I think philistines are represented in Jewish and Palestinian-arab population, by that small proportion of -proto-albanian genetics like Ev13 which is 10% among both populations.
Sea People were dominantly illyrians, while few of them were etruscans and other anatolics.
Philistines came from Albania to Crete and then from Crete to Izrael.
