Foggia Vikings ...............most likely after the danish and norway vikings took over normandy, they later sailed ( as normans ) and invaded Sicily , then invaded foggia and apulia and used it as a base to attack byzantine lands in albania and western greece..............the venetian fleet , who sided ( ally ) with byzantine had many major battles with the norman fleet in that area ............I cannot recall if the normans ever got a foothold in albania
