SZ36 - T1a1... Italy, Iberia
CL23 - T1a2... Southern Europe

It’s interesting that SZ36 (Central Roman) is a Y T, and is my 1st match in a couple of my RawD.
CL23 (Medieval Iberian) also a Y T, is lower.

It’s interesting because there aren't many of us, or y Ts in general, when compared to other haplogroups.

@MLukas,

I just got a warning when I tried to copy paste your list of samples. It says there are things on it which can link to other sites and get information.

I see there were links to Gedmatch one-to-many copied too. Sorry didn't notice that.

I edited now those posts and should be fixed.

CL23 (T1a2...) autosomal is closer to Bergamo, and SZ36 (T1a1...) to Tuscany.

I'm at 3.6 to a Central Roman 590 AD but I don't know if that's the one.

If the price comes down maybe I'll order it.

Thank you, matty74, for your post that explained how I can post my graphics for others to see!

I am a T-CTS11984. Positive for CTS8489 but negative for CTS8862.

I was expecting more results on both sides of the Mediterranean considering my paternal haplogroup T.
Anybody have any thoughts?

Haplogroups don’t necessarily reflect Ancestry.

You and I are both part of the y T1a2 line, but at some point in time our Ancestors split, yours went North, and mine went South.

Hi Salento,

It appears our Ancestors split pretty early on if mytrueancestry.com is not able to show any trace of me any further south than Nordic Lombard (670 AD) or Scythian Moldova (290 BC). I wonder what period of time that would work out to be?

I'm trying to post my Timeline....it's being a bit difficult at the moment.

@Carlos
the Gallo-Roman looks like Trump! LOL

Make Gallo-Romans great again!
