Some seem to have an agenda here ...
Immediately after you answered I was blocked by angela and jovialis.

You do not have to be an expert to realize that after each new generation you inherit half of the 6800cM of your prehistoric ...grandfather. Divide this to 2 for each new generation. After 15 generations (375 years) you inherit only 0.1 Cm from the grandfather? After 20 generations (500 years) you inherit only around 0.0064 cM! ... yes or no? Just that ... There are other things as well, like extremely small fractions of the ancient genome that can be analyzed due to the deterioration in time, the possible mutations that have occurred since then until now ... This often reduces the probability of those 0,00xxxcM so you can still detect nothing. I think it's a game of hazard and improbabilities that amplifies each other.
Otherwise ask an expert. And after that, tell us his opinion, please.

You have not realized that we are always the same, at different times I am seeing my parents, but I do not see myself because I am a unique mold.

Believe me they are here, I have seen them, they put on human skin suits to collect our seed, be careful.

I didn't "block" you, whatever you mean by that, or at least I don't recall it. Plus, my policy has been, continues to be, and will be that I give infractions only if the user is insulting other groups, posting hate speech, spamming, causing disruption by starting flame wars etc, all allowed by the rules. The only user I outright banned repeatedly is our crazy Romanian poster, who has set up hundreds of sock accounts after being banned for having reached infraction totals justifying it. No site on the internet would allow someone like that to post. Hopefully, Maciamo will find a way to prevent him from starting account after account to post and downvote every single post I've ever written. Sometimes I get two from him per post. :) In the real world, that might be harassment and stalking. It doesn't bother me enough for me to pursue it.

I DO NOT, repeat DO NOT ban people for posting theories which I think are nonsense. If I did, half the posts on here would get people banned. I leave that to sites like Anthrogenica.

I didn't remember banning anyone under that name.

Apparently, I banned another one of your sock accounts.

The rules should be clear, even to a Romanian crazy, that you cannot use sock accounts to continue posting after having been banned.

I went and deleted my raw data and reuploaded the data to Mytruancestry.com and it's pretty identical to the previous one. I'll add my original in a minute. The 153cm similarity with my 1st match does not make any sense to me. This is identical to my old kit and from a new upload from a new raw data file but maybe it's an a glitch with ancestry.com

As I wrote in a post after only 500 years (20 generations x 25 years) we can only talk about tiny pieces of less than 0.01 cM.

"You do not have to be an expert to realize that after each new generation you inherit half of the 6800cM of your prehistoric ...grandfather. I think it's a game of hazard and improbabilities that amplifies each other."

1 cM has about 1,000,000 bases and the entire human genome has ~ 3,000,000,000 bases. After only 800 years or 32 generations already the entire genome of the ancient ancestor, it has been divided by 2**32 = 4,294,967,296 so that is more than 3,000,000,000 bases it contains. We can no longer speak of centiMorgans but only of separate bases after 800 years. And here the story stops, leaving room only for the chance of recombination.

I get it.

However, if I'm remembering the right post, the list of genetic distances they provide for your top 60 samples is based on the G25 isn't it?

I don't believe you had a problem with that, although I have my reservations.

The point is that some of us have lives with other interests in addition to our responsibilities, and don't have the time or perhaps in some cases the technological savvy to do it ourselves for perhaps thousands of samples.

Someone saw a need, a way to make money from it, and did it. I think it's called entrepreneurship.

The Deep Dive, for me personally is more for fun.

Still, I suppose they should be asked about this issue.

47,000 years later or so, 20 % of Neanderthal DNA survived in modern humans (except for SSA), Each of us has about 1 to 3 % of Neanderthal DNA.

imho the formula that you keep posting is only valid for the DNA of a single foreigner/outsider entered into a new Community.

The mixture variation depends on the ratio of diversity of the parents.

If every generation remains within the same genetic ethnic tribal regional community, the genes stays, and changes are minimals, even if every once in a while, a new Outsider comes in, and his/her genes will be diluted and gone in accordance with your formula.

Massive migration is a different topic.

EDIT
We didn't lose the Neanderthal genes because the Modern humans that left Africa “interacted” with them so many times at different times and locations that eventually many Neanderthal genes became a permanent part of our Genetic Makeup.

me vs Neanderthal:

Talro,
I entirely agree with Salento. Their logical reasoning does not consider the variable represented by the maintenance of genetic flows in marriages between people descendants entirely from the same original ethnic group. You consider that all is just a continuous lineage (patrilineal or matrilineal) that dilutes over the years in mixtures of genetically distinct groups . Tomenable, some time ago right here at Eupedia, said there are cousins of Kennewick Man living today in North America who share with this 9,300 year-old ancient fossil, centimeters of autosomal DNA that leave you of jaw-dropping. Native Americans have stopped receiving new genetic inflows since the Bering Strait Bridge closed. Just to exemplify with the case of marriages in my family, they have always been marriages of Iberian descents with Iberian descents since they arrived in America in 1750. When a new genetic flow entered the family in 1908, it was Iberian newcomers in the great waves of European immigration to Brazil until, at least, 1950. The fail of his model is there. Autosomal DNA genes do not divide generation after generation until nothing remains as you think, at least in the same ethnic group. In one and the same ethnic group they keep on generation after generation by the sum of the practically identical genetical inheritance of father and mother (mother and father) generation after generation. Not to mention the inbreeding that until 1960 was the prevailing in my family. My paternal grandfather is my paternal grandmother's first cousin, and if that wasn't enough, my father and mother were also second cousins. Regards.

Good point, guys. :)

Ok, well can someone more knowledgeable than I explain the 153cm I “share” with an Icelander?

I meant no disrespect to @Torzio @Carlos and @Denisovan

... as a matter of fact, I get Denisovan too, sometimes even more than Neanderthal :)
