All Outliers are located at the bottom of a 200 samples list,

I guess it’s another way of saying:

There’s No Chance in Hell that you’re related to them”!

or, am I missing something?

It might mean you line passed through the same lands as these samples but not related

I tend to deprecate the K23b, mostly because I cannot see how I could have that large amount of Ancestral Altaic, whatever that is, but then if a northern Italian can get a 3.19, maybe my 4.25 isn't so irrational. Because everything else checks out.

Thanks for sharing!

Very interesting, more Italians, showing a relatively stronger affinity specifically for the Latins R437 and R850 in the Iron Age.

@Torzio, in fact, it's one of those clues that deserves a more detailed examination.

There is certainly a disproportion between the researches that have focused on the North / South genetic cline of the Italians compared to those investigating the West / East cline. I am willing to bet that in that direction there would have been more than interesting results, especially since the Adriatic sea - along it by land or by sailing - was a very important geographical corridor for the population of the Peninsula

Thanks Salento.
Most interesting in your data is the demonstration of the convergence of results provided by independent companies. You are an Italian descended from Latins (Romans) and Greeks (Magna Greece). Unquestionable. I believe that critics of the MTA should be aware that the results presented by the company are very consistent. Critics like to focus on mistakes. In fact errors must exist. There are no 100% perfect algorithms.
But we don't forget the hits, which are much more robust. The results of the MTA must be analyzed in the light of our knowledge of our own origin compared with the history of human migrations and occupations over the millennia. We cannot be short-sighted and disregard the correct bias of the results just because one, two or three individuals appear as points outside the curve. Some are scandalized by the centimeters displayed in matches with old samples. And so? It's pure statistics, most likely inspired by GEDmatch's "Q Mathing" (https://www.gedmatch.com/Documents/Qdocs.pdf). Perfectly valid for comparisons with very old and sometimes low quality samples. That's what they got. If anyone knows something better then, let's them introduce it. Science cannot wait for the absolutely perfect tool. The universe is studied through classical physics (Newton), quantum physics (Plank) and relativistic physics (Einstein). Scientists still face the ultimate challenge that is to build a unified field theory (the theory of everything) that describes all interactions in the micro and macrocosmic domains. This does not exist yet, but it does not prevent the universe from being studied and the errors be rectified when found to exist some. Evolution happens through trials and errors and not through inertia.
Cheers :) (y):)

I have a new bronze-age map marker in south-germany dated as 2385BC but no ID ...........anyone have the sample it represents?

Indeed, the R1 Protovillanovan sample has a close affinity to Northern Italians. I recall there was an Albanian that also gets it as his number one (or close to it), back thread.

Initially I had it at number 72, but now R1 doesn't even show up at all. I've noticed Southern Italians have a relatively close affinity to the Latins R437 and R850.

I think it is noteworthy to point out that Stuvane gets 437, and 850, because those samples are the only Latins I've seen Italians (north or south) get thus far.

I wonder if those other "Latin" samples are in fact Etruscans too, which is why they're very similar.

Here's my samples from the Neolthic to the Iron Age:
