... R437 could make a decent candidate for my user-name,

... who knows if there were some Latins who resembled Apulians or if it is modern Apulians that resemble some ancient Latins :giggle:

Probably. Rome was not Alabama in the 1940's. There came a time when the need was for statesmen not tribesmen. If even today we sometimes cannot know who our ancestor was from 300 years ago at that time, the plain people less so, perhaps the wealthy classes who would claim a glorious origin and even be related to mythology and hide what they were not interested in about their origin and even invent what they were interested in.

I emphasize samples that resemble the bulk of my ancestry, though I also post some of the more distant samples, which I consider not very important, but they're there for some reason.

... not all, but stories passed down in families originate from some events, or rumors based on those events.
I find these stories interesting, ... even those linked to Napoleon's Army.

... I could upgrade to 500+ samples, but then ... I would probably match a Gorilla :)

"You share 50 percent of your DNA with each of your parents. But with bananas, we share about 50 percent of our genes, which turns out to be only about 1 percent of our DNA," emails Mike Francis, a Ph. D. :petrified:

I assure you that with a gorilla you are not going to match because we do not have their samples in MTA. lol

There are people who are making sense of a familiar fact and not only by oral tradition but totally verified with the latest MTA samples and there it was, in that 500 and a half and thanks to MTA since other companies had not shown it at least until today.

@torzio

Here in the West I am more used to seeing eagles on national flags, current, old e.t.c. even when I have traveled to other countries. In the shields of surnames maybe you see more good mammals in the shield of the flag of Andalusia also there are two lions, but a mythological bug is not often seen as representative of some place.

sometimes animal symbols come out of nothing,

... a bunch of tourists taking pictures of a White Squirrel, ...
and one of them said it was a symbol of the United States of America, just because the White House was around the corner :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:

The symbolism that could be thought of is that there has been a theft from the White House.

R105 and R107 could be related (chrome 8 - 20), someone in their family looked like a mix of you and me, ... he was obviously a Strong Good Looking Genius :)

Without a doubt, a unique and exceptional being hated by a few and loved by many.
