Hello.
I've juste received BigY results and my terminal SNP is an alias of the I1-L22-Y23687 subclade. But I can't find any information on it.
On the philogenetic tree of haplogroup I1-L22 on Eupedia's website, Y23687 is marked 'Germany' and drives to the swedish Y23691. What does that mean ?
Does anyone have information on this subclade ?

It is quite old, it formed 3900 years ago and the TMRCA for descending groups is around 2400 years before present.

Basically people who have tested positive for this SNP or its downstream branches have self-reported origins in Sweden, Germany, etc.
