Very interesting! Is it just a mistake or an unwitting consequence of the lack of more aDNA samples, or did Palestine have that much genetic continuity since ancient times? I doubt it. It barely moves at all from ~2000 B.C. I found some of the "movements" of countries a bit counter-intuitive, as in the case of Spain, which is shown as if approaching slowly but surely the BA steppe cluster, as if never being pulled eastward or northeastward by the influx of Central & East Mediterranean and North African ancestry from the Iron Age onwards. I'd expect Spain to be suddenly pulled northward toward EMBA_Steppe-like people between ~2000 B.C. and ~500 B.C. and pulled back and eastward just a bit later. Maybe they didn't use some of the latest aDNA samples for some countries.
