Just wondering if anyone knows any information or facts about the genetic differences in the different ethnic groups of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This is the only scientific paper(results) about genetics of peoples from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We can say that Bosnian Serbs are genetically different from Bosnian Croats while with Bosniaks little less(If we looked percentage of haplogroups).
Among Bosnian Serbs there is difference in R1a haplotype which in the Serbian population of northeastern Bosnia and northwestern Serbia reaches its maximum in the branch R-YP3987
https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-YP611/ Bosnian Croats and Bosniaks do not have much of that R1a branch.
Bosnian Serbs in population have E1b V13 as second haplotype, which probably points to some Vlachs migration from direction of Albania (that area) or possibly from another source. While in the Bosnian Croats and Bosniaks in the first two places dominate Slavic genetics (I2 and R1a)

Actually, there's the following, which looks at autosomal, not just y dna.

The genetic structure of western Balkan populations:
