Hi!

On each dna site when we do an autosomal test, they give us results according to their calculation. Which always translates into a hierarchy of ethnic groups. But when we are interested and read a little more on the subject, we are always talking about haplogroups. Which means that with some haplogroups they can more or less deduce these ethnic groups.

So I have a question: is there a site where they give us this hierarchy but in haplogroups (not necessarily subclades but eg J2b, J2a, I1, I2, R1a, R1b, G2a , N, T ...)

Thank you

You have just one ydna haplogroup and one mtdna haplogroup, so you can't have a hierarchy...

ah ok :D I thaught there was a hierarchy (something like the percentages of ethnicities) and 1 basic y-dna and 1 mtdna (sorry hahahahaha)

and how do they count, how can they calculate that I'm for example in my case albanian from my father and spanish from my mother and give percentages of ethnic groups?
