My mom got her results today and it shows that her West Eurasian ancestry has decreased over time (probably because our ancestors haven't received West European admixture for a long time), but our East Eurasian has increased a little over time (probably because of Turkics and Steppe nomads moving east after the Iron Age).

This test also shows how rare or common your ancestry specific alleles are in other populations.

Still waiting on my results. Post yours.

i think the 2.2 % west african alleles came from my Sephardi side
because i saw a full northern Portuguese result who also score some of it and probably came to portugal with moors ....

the 5% total mongoloid i score probably came from turkic mongolian or iranic tribes who came from central asia

i am still 92% west Eurasian though lol :)

Yeah probably. Did your East Eurasian go up over time and by how much?

What's your African ancestral versus deep ancestral?

a)
yes but not by much :)
in deep ancestral 1.95% east eurasian vs in ancestral 2.80% east eurasian so total 0.85%

b)
african deep ancestral
- 2% west african + 1.6% east african vs african ancestral -2.2% west african
east african allells goes away
by time ,and 0.2% increase in west african alleles

Ok thanks. I think the Siberian category can also be related to Turkics and Scythians but there must be some noise too because they impute your genome.

(y)
Siberian
deep ancestral - 2.50% Siberian vs ancestral -2.70% Siberian almost the same :)
i agree that can be noise here :)

I got my results. I think the cool thing is this test gives GSI like DNA Tribes used to give Single Population Sharing. It is much more accurate way to compare a bunch of people against a reference population than using admixture percentage because admixture percentage changes from calculator to calculator depending on references they use.

If one wants to check how West Eurasian or East Eurasian different people from different countries are then admixture percent is not a good idea. One should use GSI or Single Population Sharing or maybe even IBS because that does not vary depending on other components.
