Can you plot sample R1 ( proto-villanova) ?

That's the next one I plan on doing, when I get some time. I'm currently traveling, and have a weak connection. The BAM files are several Gigabytes.

@matty, post your Eurogenes K15 results.

Yes Duarte is K15. You are more pygmy and I am more Somali. LOL Although you already know what camouflage is and who is really hiding behind.

Let's try the Harappa World.

Dear @mlukas. Before all, thanks again,
Some sources (samples) are duplicated as, for example, ScythianMoldova_SCY197 (4x), RomanSoldier_FN2 (4x), BronzAgeBalkan (4x), BronzeAgeDalmatian_I4332 (4x), EMBA_Croatia_I4331 (2x), ScythianMoldova_SCY300 (4x), Vucedol_I3499 (2x), among others as Guanche_5 (at least 3x), SanBushman_HGDP00991 (at least 3x), NorthItalian_HGDP01171 (at least 3x), EMBA_Croatia_I4331(at least 2x). There must had others, but I don't know. I think it's necessary a review in "SOURCE".
Cheers :)

@Mlukas, fantastic work.

Here is mine, but I included the two Iron Age Roman sample coordinates I produced, up-thread:

I'm in the process of downloading R1 at a snail's pace unfortunately, the BAM file is 9.7 Gbs.

Wow, fantastic thank you. It will be very interesting if they find R1b-M269 around Moscow. Ancient Sunghir practiced jewellery/weapon/ochre burials, in many ways similar to burials to Khvalynsk 20+/- thousand years later.
Sungir (Russian: Сунгирь, sometimes spelled Sunghir) is an Upper Paleolithic archaeological site in Russia and one of the earliest records of modern Homo sapiens in Eurasia. It is situated about two hundred kilometres east of Moscow, on the outskirts of Vladimir, near the Klyazma River. It is dated by calibrated carbon analysis to between 32,050 and 28,550 BC and by 2017 DNA analysis at ~34,000BP.[1] Additional pollen finds suggest the relative warm spell of the "Greenland interstadial (GI) 5" [2] between the 305th and 301st centennia BCE as most probable dates.............Graves 1 and 2 at Sungir are described as "the most spectacular" among European Gravettian burials.[4] The adult male was buried in what is called Grave 1 and the two adolescent children in Grave 2, placed head-to-head, together with an adult femur filled with red ochre.[4] The three people buried at Sungir were all adorned with elaborate grave goods that included ivory-beadedjewelry, clothing, and spears. More than 13,000 beads were found (which would have taken 10,000 hours to produce). Red ochre, an important ritual material associated with burials at this time, covered the burials.[4]
