    Antonio M. et al 2019 - Iron Age Samples Raw Data

    Here are the Iron Age samples from Ancient Rome: A genetic crossroads of Europe and the Mediterranean

    I used WGS extract to "convert" the files from BAM to usable raw data, in WGS combined, as well as AncestryDNA format.

    These files do not work on Gedmatch, they get status Percent HTZ out of range

    But they do work on Admixture Studio.

    the R1 files do work on GedMatch :)
    I haven’t tested the others.

    Nice! good to know, R850, and R437 were getting the HTZ out of range error.

    I read, this HTZ function was to prevent uploading artificial genomes to Gedmatch. But they killed Ancient samples too...
