Did Bronze Age Aegean people have contact with the Indian Subcontinent?

I have read the argument but unless it's backed up with archaeological findings that could have only come through direct contact (not through intermediary trade ) with the Indian subcontinent then it's not a good argument.

I agree.

What I think is probable, however, is that there were trade links, whether through intermediaries or not, all the way to India from the Aegean.

they can also be local species that do not exist any more,
we know that in Grecce existed a kind of lion, aurochs, etc
in Cypus even pygmy elephant,
Crete has its own ecosystem, isolated capricornes, a unigue wild 'cat' that today exting,
why not even a local monkey? maybe.
Notice that in some parts of today Crete, bannanas can be fertile.
who knows back in past?

on the other hand, we know Minoans reach Cassiterides Islands (probably G Britain)
why not establish traveling roads through Red sea and Indian ocean.

Yet the secure 'view' today is probably they knew monkeys via their city in Egypt, called Avaris /Αβαρις

Oh I do believe that trading networks were much more extensive than we thought.
