... been a guest in a Family Casetas, Feria de Sevilla, ... decently dancing Sevillanas (I think, lol) in traditional costume :)

You are lucky, the Sevillians of Seville city are very classy and in those booths not everyone enters.

That woman has a style that is the quintessence of elegance. she more represents the Andalusian style in the flamenco genre, the gypsy style is different, each one has their tastes. In this case, sevillanas is folklore, flamenco is a performing art that only dominates 2% of the population, I think I remember.

The sevillanas derives from the La Mancha jota, which has been given flamenco flair from what I see.

A cousin showed them to me when I was a teenager, she told me that her arms were too long. It seemed to me like a medieval dance, I felt myself dancing in the hall of some medieval castle especially in the steps from the waist down.
