Whats the historical border in West Asia between Armenians, Assyrians and Iranians?

It seems to be that Kurds are not really native to most of Kurdistan (minus the Iranian portions). The Zagros seems to be a good border. But what about where the Zagros extends slightly into NE Iraq and SE Turkey? Is that also Armenian/Assyrian land?

Also how much of Media Atropatene is Armenian historically? As Far East as current Talysh lands?
