Abu Bakr as-Siddiq belonged to haplogroup R1b-V1636
As the title states, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, one of the closest companions of the prophet (peace be upon him) and one of the earliest Muslims and later on the first caliph of the righteous Rashidun Caliphs, might have belonged to haplogroup R1b-V1636 > BY139812 (M269- L389+). He belonged to the Banu Taym subtribe of Quraysh and they were from the Qurayshis living close to the Kaaba.
A man descending from one of the most authentic families from Iraq (Baghdad) "claiming" (proven with family tree) direct paternal descend from Abu Bakr as-Siddiq is predicted in the R1b Basal Subclades group to belong to R1b-V1636. From his STR-profile it seems very possible that he would fall under V1636 > BY139812 (TMRCA of 3700ybp, restricted to the Arabian Peninsula and descdendants from there) if he would do deeper testing.
What furthermore speaks for this family having a solid claim is that during Ottoman times a member of this family was the governor of Baghdad (in the 1600s) for few years according to an Iraqi source. During that time also the mosque below was built which also carries the same family name (which I left out for privacy reasons).
