The United Nations has recently released its E-Government Survey 2020 in which they assess the availability of e-government platforms and digital services for citizens. I have made a map using their E-Government Development Index (EGDI). The index comprises three components: the OnlineServices Index (OSI), the Telecommunications Infrastructure Index (TII) and the Human Capacity Index(HCI).

Denmark tops the ranking, following by other Nordic countries, Estonia, the Netherlands, Britain and the US.

Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland lag behind compared to their neighbours and their GDP per capita. In contrast, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan do quite well for their level of economic development.
