The haplogroups of Lincoln and Grant have been known for several years. I found Robert E. Lee's lineage last year. In the last few days I endeavoured to trace back the Y-DNA of more famous generals of the US Civil War and summarised my findings here. I searched many others but was only successful for these 8 additional generals.

Stonewall Jackson should be R1b-U106, descendant of John Jackson (1715-1801), FtDNA Jackson Project, Group 2. It is true that on geni his genealogy is traced back further to Anthony Jackson (1594-1666) of Yorkshire (but not on FtDNA), who was also an ancestor of Pres Andrew Jackson. That lineage has been determined to be i1 (Group 29, including a descendant of Andrew's great-grandfather John, 1667-1725). Stonewall and Andrew were not related. There must be a npe or a mistake in the papertrail on geni.
