i always think about how do we help a person who is suffering from phobia or anxiety to overcome .
 
Start with acceptance and forgiveness. Allow yourself to be who you are. Relax and trust the world. If you trust the world, you trust yourself. which means you can change things!
 
It seems to me that the best help is to always be close to a person and find him a good specialist.
