Question how did U5b2b/U5b migrate into Europe?

I am of Finnoswedish descent on my mothers side. Her family is from the Finnish archipelago. I am wondering where, when and by who U5b2b (or U5b2/U5b) migrated into the area.

U5b2 migrated in that area with the WHG likely after the LGM when they repopulated the continent from the southern european refugia
