Went back to the original paper, and it is absolutely comparable. Theopetra in Thessaly has the most EHG and CHG.

Angela: I meant to PM you as well when I sent an email to Jovialis and Salento but your email mail box was full and my message got rejected. First thing I thought of was what you and Jovialis thoughts were on the paper. Salento of course was every efficient and went to work, as he always does, and produced the coordinates for the forum.

I noted the Southern Arc papers because these new samples show the same results regarding Anatolia, no Steppe ancestry as the Southern Arc papers and also the new Greek samples in the Southern Arc papers. However, this paper documents some Steppe ancestry in the Greek mainland at 4,200 years ago, the earliest to date.

I do not want to stir up a hornets nest but given all the comments on the Southern Arc papers, my take is these new samples are 100% in line with what was reported in those papers. Of course new samples not yet analyzed may provide different results but the results of this new paper are remarkably consist with the Southern Arc papers.
